Scroll Wheel is very unresponsive in Blockland

Is it one of those smooth scroll wheels where it doesn't actually click when scroll? Probably made by Microsoft?

If it is, then it's the problem.
The problem doesn't just happen in Blockland either.

I had one of those earlier, and BL was basically unplayable.

My mouse has a"Smooth Scroll" meaning it doesn't click. It works great for scrolling windows but it takes me forever to select a weapon, brick, block, or color because I constantly overshoot it.
