Oh, well still. I hate anything that needs me to download a client thing to use it.

The mod required GUIs, there was no way around it. Allowing people in only to tell them that they need a GUI to download would just cause a waste of space (most people won't download it and just leave) and then there's the large majority of idiots who just sit there screaming "HOW DO I DO DL GUI WTF" or the numerous questions per minute on where to download the GUI, even though the link might be clearly placed. Forcing them to download the GUI before downloading does lots of things, 1) filters out the clueless, as you need to know how to install it in the first place 2) makes it so you have to update the GUI before you can join, so you might have a completely outdated client version that's broken with the latest server version.

I understand how client mods work, its just that

I was mistaken and thought that it required you to also have the DRPG mod to be able to join it. You didn't need to call me a richardhead and your insult was justified.

It is getting shut down soon anyway. I, myself is getting bored of it too. Possibly I would put it up with tons of stuffload updates. Oh and I found out that by default that Crafting, and Legend Cape were the only two that actually gave extra EXP...
