Gentlemen: The bad news is Master Chief has been retired as a boss class. He was redundant next to Rotondo, and Rotondo fit the job better.
The good news he has now signed on with the normals, and is now a playable mini-boss. You can play as him by selecting him in the shop for 800 points. He has 500 health, the energy sword, and a rocket launcher.
