Removed Doctor Oktoberfest's Blutsauger. 500 health and high speed making them hard to hit is enough to make any mini-boss annoying. The thought of one healing themselves is kinds crazy. I might work more at balancing and updating the shop in the future. Also, I updated the sentry to stop a ton of console error spam.
