These qualities apply to virtually everyone on the server. You're gonna need to do better than that.

Previous Experience: I've owned a Minecraft server and regularly administrated it for about a year now, unfortunately the server's hard drive failed so I had to shut it down (I plan on getting it back up, though.) I've done a fairly good job of administrating a server, because before it closed shop I had many regulars visiting the server building amazing structures throughout the day.
