No. The whole song is copyrighted. If you use bits & pieces, it's not copyrighted. If you use the full song, you must change 7 notes and 7 words. What I would do is distort them and be free from lawsuits.

It was the opinion of the court in Bridgeport Music, Inc. v. Dimension Films that the de minimis exception was not upheld for copyrighted audio. Dimension Films was successfully sued for copying a single chord from Funkadelic�s 'Get Off Your Ass and Jam.'
