Yes, I am not sorry for being clearer.

Ah. Destiny tower does the same thing as Zero Isle West, only that you can't bring any of your team in.

I think Zero Isle West and East made your team start at level 1.
East let you take in items, West didn't let you take any in.

Zero Isle North had no restrictions on team or level or items, but you didn't earn any experience, and the enemies are all high levels.

Zero Isle South didn't let you take partners in, nor items, and you started at level 1.
And it had 99 levels. I think it's the equivalent of Destiny Tower.

Tyranitar is useful for those early levels just because sandstorm kills everything within a few turns of them spawning.

The only one of those that bothers me is less playable starters.

So I'm still pretty excited for Gates to Infinity.

The hunger being gone sounds like a nice thing, but it did add an additional level of challenge. Knowing that you'd have to keep track of food items in order to make it through, and that seeds would only get you so far, was pretty cool.
The playable starters being cut down does upset me. And what also upsets me (although others might not agree), is that this is the first Mystery Dungeon game (released outside of Japan, since they had a wiiware game) where you just choose your starter, rather than recieve one via a questionnaire. I felt much more connected to my Totodile character when I knew it supposedely matched me. <3

And the loss of money/items? I take it you mean if you're defeated in a dungeon?
That also sounds really nice, but at the same time, really takes the edge off of the challenge of the game. Which doesn't make it quite as thrilling..
I used to love knowing that I'd have to make it through, just for my money or items sake.
And if I failed on a harder dungeon, then I'd lose my stuff, and maybe have to go to an easier dungeon for a bit to scrape some items together. It's all part of that classic Pokemon/RPG style grinding.

They'll probably implement some other penalty for failing a dungeon. I highly doubt they'll make the game so easy.
