Im guessing that Mew Three comes about the same way Mew Two does; In a lab
They obviously realized Mew Two was uncontrollable so they made a new Mew Two which also was uncontrollable.

From the initial blurry pictures from the magazine I thought it looked a bit ugly.
Then seeing the full body drawing of it I liked it more, but it felt a bit off. Something about the tail.
But then seeing the images of it in battle, I think it looks great. The tail looks better in those images, somehow.
I look forward to whatever role it may play in Pokemon X and Y and in the movie.
