Red/Blue - Charmander
Gold - Cyndaquil
FireRed - Bulbasaur (listing this one because first time I've gone with a grass type)
Emerald - Treecko (2), Mudkip (3) (I've restarted Emerald a bunch of times lol)
Diamond - Chimchar
Black - Tepig
I'm mainly a fire type but I have the feeling I'm going to go with Chespin

Never chose the grass-type during the playthrough of a game, only on subsequent playthroughs/ third versions.
I never will use Snivy or Treeko, forget them.
Also forget Bullet Seed.
