Use ember? Last I checked, Scyther was a bug-type.

I use ember but then he QuickAttacks me and I die. Every time, too. He almost always crits...

I'm generally really god with gym leaders, and i've not played this in so long. I'm developing my other pokemon right now... I'm going to have a lot to do. My other pokemon really don't do anything good, since they're all slightly useless except for Onyx.
