My team is full, I just needed a certain Pokemon to help fight Whitney, that's why I said to go catch some.

Teach Rock Smash to one of your Pokémon if you didn't already. It would really help in fighting Whitney.

I got past Whitney and yes I have a Pokémon that knows Rock Smash.
