Regulith:
Forgot to mention Pokemon Aime, which is kinda important I suppose

They show it in the trailer, but if you can't watch it for whatever reason it's a feature that lets you pet/feed/goof around a little with your Pokemon face-to-face to make them happy
End:

You're not alone! It's really short. My playthrough (post-game included) was just over 17 hours in length, as opposed to the Explorers Trio, which could easily have been 30, and the Rescue Duo with 50+.

Don't get your hopes up. After the credits roll you're tasked with a bunch of filler missions that eventually lead up to not even an hour's worth of actual content. The story is still the weakest in the series, but to be fair, the ending is alright. It does what it needs to do.

Personally I'm really disappointed with the way they're handling the DLC. There is so much that they could do with it! What do we get instead? $1+ dungeons with cheap gimmicks. They could expand the story, add new playable characters, etc., but no. Ugh lol
BlockoCrafter:
The voice of the guy in the trailer just seems odd.

The Nintendo Direct presentation is over and has revealed a load of additional information about X&Y:

- Players are able to choose between languages in the game itself: English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Japanese, or Korean.
- PSS (Player Search System) will allow players to search for others locally or globally (via Wi-Fi) to battle and trade. The list is split into Friends, Acquaintances and those you Pass By. Battling people you pass by will promote them all the way up to friends if you keep doing it. Interact with an acquaintance more than once and it'll automatically ask you to be your friend. You can have 100 friends. PSS syncs with 3DS Friend List. The list shows that there are quite a few more customization options than we initially assumed.

- Multiple rulesets for battles return.
- New Pokémon (left to right): Skrelp (Poison and Water-type Pokémon), Clauncher (Water-type Pokémon), Talonflame (Fire and Flying-type Pokémon, very fast, looks like the evolved form of Fletchling):

- Trading remains much the same as before.
- Multiple methods of transportation and different movement types in gyms. Rhyhorn is a rideable Pokémon. Riding different Pokémon helps in different areas. Rhyhorn in rocky areas, for example. Pokémon are borrowed for the task
- Pokémon-Amie is said to have an additional, but currently unclear affect on Pokémon.
- Horde Encounters are a new type of wild battle. 5 on 1 battle. May include Pokémon of multiple species rather than just one.

- Sky Battles confirmed, only Flying-types and Levitators can participate.
- A single save file is in the game still.
- Backwards compatibility "being worked on".
- The player character's names appear to be Xavier and Yvonne.
- The official release date is October 12th, 2013.
- X & Y will make IVs and EVs more visible.

There's also a third trailer that shows some of this stuff.
