Regulith:

With the release of the 5th gameplay trailer, which shows Professor Sycamore wishing the player luck and all of the new Pokemon using some of their moves, we've also received the English names of the aforementioned Pokemon and their new moves & abilities.

* Pancham's evolution is called Pangoro.
* The squid Pokemon are Inkay, whose special stat-reversing move is called Topsy-Turvy, and its evolution is Malamar.
* The pink puffy bird-like Pokemon is Spritzee, and the cotton candy Pokemon is Swirlix.
* Xerneas' ability Fairy Aura will keep its name, while its signature move Geo Control will be called Geomancy.
* Yveltal also keeps its ability's name of Dark Aura, but its signature move Death Wing was predictably renamed Oblivion Wing.
* The game's evil team is Team Flare.
* The Gym Leader with the jumpsuit and robotic arms shown before is named Clemont, and the dark-skinned sports buff Gym Leader is named Grant.
You will also be able to receive Pokemon from the GTS that are not yet in your Pokedex, make mystery trades for random Pokemon with Wonder Trade, take screenshots and record milestones to post on the Global Link or social networking sites, and use O-Powers (like Pass Power from Generation 5) to do things like temporarily boost stats or make catch rates better. Disconnecting from a wi-fi battle will now result in a loss.

CoroCoro claims that its next reveal in the August 12th issue will be "the biggest scoop of the century", so get ready for that

Oh, thank forget for that.

That makes me unbelievably happy.

There was absolutely nothing worse than playing Pokemon Black, and finding out that Rufflet (A White exclusive pokemon) can not be seen in-game, and therefore can not be requested for or searched for on the GTS.
Meaning you HAVE to know someone who owns a copy of Pokemon White, or you have to purchase your own copy (and a second DS, if you don't have one).

And I so hope that they put in some safeguards and restrictions on the GTS for illogical or impossible trades.
Or at the very least, let you see more than just 6 possible trades which will always appear and can't be ignored in the hopes of finding an actual trade.

And while I'm there, it would be really really great to have a Search for Wanted feature.
Input a Pokemon Species, gender and level-range (or none for the last two), and see what people are willing to trade for it.
It would make it much more easier for people if they knew that they already had something people wanted, rather than searching for Pokemon to recieve only to find they have none of the pokemon wanted.

I had to do whole series of trades, and breeding in order to get 1 Pokemon on the GTS before.
Bloody git wanted a Snivy, and I chose Oshawott as my starter.
No one was trading Snivy's for logical things, so I had to go and get a Serperior, after getting an Eevee for that trade. Then bred the damned thing, and by the time I was done, the bloody trade was gone.

Regulith:

People are talking more and more about the Pokemon that was allegedly revealed in a trailer shown before the Genesect movie. Those who saw it have yet to provide pictures (understandably considering the only place it can be seen is a Japanese movie theater) though it is described as a tree Pokemon named "Oorotto" in Japanese with two thin arms and several roots for legs. Foliage is present on its head and wrists, and it has at least three horn-like branches on its head. It is reported as having one eye and strips of bark missing from its arms and body.

There are several artist's depictions floating around, all looking different in varying degrees, but none can be truly confirmed. Serebii felt this particular drawing was legitimate enough to post on the site, so take from that what you will.
