nintendo was smart to make the daycare center on a long stretch of land to bike around on
also to add four slots to the keybind item register thing which i didn't know about until yesterday
unless this was in black and white which i didn't try out

It's level 4. Caterpie evolves at level 7. I just thought it was strange.
