okay im gonna switch them out but which pokemon should i try to breed to be shiny, chespin and froakie probably?
also i already caught a ditto
also again if a shiny eevee is possible does that also affect the eeveelutions

Yep, pokemon remain shiny after evolving.

two last questions, how do i know when the pokemon have made an egg, and how would i even try to get a shiny in the first place, put them in the daycare, wait for egg, and then hatch it? seems pretty annoying.
