You can't breed an Azurill, Bonsly, Budew, Chingling, Cleffa, Elekid, Happiny, Igglybuff, Magby, Mantyke, Mime Jr., Munchlax, Pichu, Riolu, Smoochum, or Togepi. Evolve them if you want to breed them.
