Okay basically I want to move a move like frost breath or storm throw onto a pokemon with sniper ability how do i do this if it is even possible |

As far as I can tell, this is impossible for both of those moves. |

Like if for example Magmar couldn't learn flamethrower and the only way to get flamethrower on it was to breed it with Cyndaquil, but it also couldn't learn it, so you'd need a Chimchar that could learn it, breed it with Cyndaquil and then breed that with Magmar because Chimchar can't directly breed with Magmar and have a baby. (Purely made up obviously but you get the point) Am I correct? |
