Bisharp, since it's too fragile to be a good offence. At least Tyrantrum and Hawlucha can take some hits.
If you really insist on Bisharp, remove Tyrantrum.

Frailness doesn't mean anything if it's fast. Some of the best damage dealers in the game can't take a hit but will wipe through an entire team with ease.
