I just did some research...I don't think I could get a capture card. Because:
A). Expensive as stuff
B). Might not work with the 3DS XL

but doesn't bisharp have base 70 speed?

His speed is terrible yes, however his typing does wonders as does Sucker Punch. Bisharp's hard to stop, it only loses vs some other sweepers.
