It's just not as fast. It can learn psychic, flamethrower, thunderbolt, will o wisp, solarbeam etc etc solarbeam is only really good with a sun team, i mean keeping a fire type in on a water type is a really risky move, especially if said water type can withstand your low special attack hit. Notice how ninetales' solar beam did not even bring my froslass to its sash. |
