I'm gonna look into this a little bit, but even if i do lose my pokebank privileges what the hell, I was never gonna use it anyways. Don't have any other versions.
Update: An "Illegal" pokemon is classified as a pokemon that could not exist without using a cheating system, so cheating to make pokemon shiny is considered "legal".

No seriously how do you get the Celebi? I downloaded Pokemon Bank yesterday and I haven't gotten a Celebi yet. I tried the Pokemon Link thing but that only gave me 1k pokemiles, and I even tried Mystery Gift.

I'm pretty sure you have to transfer a box or something to get it in the bank, not entirely sure as I haven't transfered anything yet.

According to Serebii you just have to store Pokemon in the Bank from X&Y, then the next time you open the application you receive Celebi
