As a continuation of what I said earlier, it seems pokebank blocks pokemon that don't seem legitimate, but I haven't been banned for it.
Update: Apparently people are getting mad because certain rare legitimate pokemon like a shiny jirachi are not allowed under any circumstance.

yeah my friend wanted to put his shiny jirachi into x and y because it's his favorite shiny
but we found out he can't for some reason
