Um, half your team attacks physically lol. You should get a special attacker.

ampharos - special attacker
jellicent - special wall
ferrothorn - physical wall
mienshao - physical attacker
gliscor - physical tank
Seems pretty evenly divided in terms of offensive preference. Ferrothorn doesn't really like to attack much in my experience. I would still go for another special user, though.
