the celebi I got from the pokebank had 0 IVs in HP, maxed IVs in attack, special attack, and speed, and mild nature (increased special attack, lowered defense if you don't know)
I want a spot on my team for it but I don't know what to use it for

So I'm going back to breeding Ralts now that it's theoretically easier for me to hatch a shiny, which brings up the question again if anyone wants to trade for this fella
