That depends, are you going to keep this in your signature?
Regardless I feel like this should be addressed because obviously the point was not clear: While Mystic Water does boost all Water-type moves, you are almost certainly not going to have more than one water-type attack move in your moveset in favor of coverage or boosting moves
Therefore, it does in fact only boost one move

its 8:13 PM here and I left and exit the cave multiple times, and the light is just there
