if you're looking for the item that boosts sp atk through evs, you want the Power Lens. Do not, under any circumstances, keep this item on your pokemon during competitive battling. It reduces the speed of your pokemon and does nothing else.
If you're looking for an item that boosts sp atk without draw backs you want the Wise Glasses
Choice specs boost by 50% but limit only one move. Life orb boosts by 33.333% but takes 10% hp per attack.

Thanks, this helped a lot, I need to make the decision between wise glasses or life orb.
