are you serious mate
just get an adamant pokemon to hold an everstone, breed it with female scyther and eventually one will have technician. All babies, technician or not, will have adamant nature.

I don't have a male bug with adamant wait, ill breed a gligar with adamant and mate it with a female scyther

I took a break from hatching Eevees to breed some other stuff and this loving thing was in my second Bulbasaur egg
