I still haven't bred a shiny, although that's mainly because I don't have a shiny charm and don't intend to sit through thousands of hatchings just to get one. Mainly because with my luck it'll be the wrong ability or something.

Shiny Charm is only 1/1,024 vs. 1/1,365 with the Masuda Method assuming things haven't changed since Generation 5

Still better odds, even if I had the charm I still wouldn't feel like wasting the time lol.
