Pisses me off when Pokemon are super close to being good but then something screws it up. In Maractus' case it'd be useful if it had speed. It has 2 good abilities, a solid movepool decent sp atk, but then has no def or speed, I'd def use it if it had something.

i wish delcatty had better stats and a better movepool. Normalize has so much potential, being able to paralyze ground types is cool and all but she's too predictable, is weak stat wise, and lacks reliable moves.
