I said unless they changed it. I just checked bulbapedia and they did not change it. It is impossible to be afflicted with more than one real aliment at the same time.

You can only have one of the non-volatile status conditions at a time: Paralysis, Burn, Poison, Sleep, or Freeze
If you attempt to use a move such as Will-O-Wisp on a Pokemon that is already affected by a non-volatile status condition like Poison, the move will fail
