Then there you go people saw and hes been proven guilty. Justice system worked. What the hell were you complaining about?
Where are his rights?

This is why I am going to move to Canada when I am 18.

Or maybe somewhere in UK.  Depends which country is more civilized.
Both are terrible choices.  I would move to Africa or South America.

Where are his rights?

It's hard to use defensive rights effectively when there are cameras and multiple eye witnesses around all saying you did the crime

This happened to me once. I blew up the entire walmart and slaughtered the cameras and witnesses. Then I proceeded to ring my Salvation Army bell in my Santa costume as if nothing had happened.

Well yeah, if you're proven guilty then you're guilty.

But you still had the rights to be put on trial and at least defend yourself.

Sure that case of murder/rape was obvious, but what if I did just up and say I saw you rape and murder someone? Then you'd want to defend yourself. That's where your rights are. But you can't just pick and choose who gets rights. They're extended to every United States system.

Sweden. :shades:

I would actually suggest Sweden. The Swedes are usually pretty cool guys.

Daedalus withstanding.

its more then guilty or innocent. you get to defend yourself against the 20 charges involved. HOW you are sentenced depends on how evil of a guilty person you are and every separate charge.
you have the rights to fight for each one.

<3
htey fight aliens and don't afraid of anything

But uh. Yeah, Sweden's pretty nice with their stable government and stuff.

This has always been around. If there is a threat to the welfare and security of the United States, the government may take action. This has like been around for a long time, this is just a new way of doing it. Why don't you guys know this?

This will piss off the home country of those arrested.
No nation would stand for its citizens randomly being arrested.
The UN would end up sanctioning the US.

No, this is different.

I've posted a couple of examples myself of this sort of thing happening, but we're talking a complete rendering of the Bill of Rights, or at least the 6th amendment, to be useless.

Those are also the worst choices in the world.

South America is nice depending what country you go to.

Argentina and Chile are nice and well developed.
