Well I mean, if he says something intellegent per chance, then it's still intellegent, regardless of weather his previous statements were absolutly handicapped.
For example, killing jews might be wrong, but if Riddler says the sky is blue on a nice day, it doesn't magically start to rain becuase 'he iz meany poopy head'.
