Server won't work quite right

Ping is the time between sent data and response in milliseconds. 40 ping is still basically nothing unless you're playing some extremely precise, every millisecond counts game. There is no problem here. Ping is bad around 100+, when you can start defining it in simple fractions of a second, something noticeable. Also, many low ID people have left the game, so obviously only newer, higher ID players will be joining. Still no problem here.

You can't control who can join your server, if high IDs join and you don't like them, kick them.
