Should add-on and map sections become immune to the "too old" rule?

Hit or miss idea. The best add-ons will be more available, but many add-ons will get hardly any attention.

Except you can't bump add-ons on RTB, so there's no point in a too-old rule.

Maybe add-ons should be alphabetical?

But then ones with names that don't start with A-G won't get recognized since there's a ton more add-ons here.
