Blockland Launcher just makes me crash

This started two days ago, but I never posted it.
Whenever I launch Blockland nowadays and have the Blockland launcher up, it's really slow. But the most annoying thing is that if I minimize it or click, it simply crashes. Why do we need the Blockland Launcher? The game was fine as it was starting up, and it didn't take a minute to load.

The launcher makes getting updates easier. Instead of having a new version every time there is an update, it just updates with the launcher.

Isn't the updater a different client system? The Launcher just gives you the files you have.

Whenever there is an update, it also adds the new files.

It also prevents people from screwing up their game, by writing over all the default game files.
