If both teams have equal commanders, then the Consortium will always win. If the Empire has a better commander, the Consortium will still win. If the Empire has a master commander and the Consortium has a first-time commander, the Empire will win. The Consoritum gets much better guns from the start, and usually better spawn locations. |
