Meh... sounds okay to me...

It's a rough version. I'm all for alterations &c.

Meh, but how do we keep from resource god modding?

What I gave was an extremely rough formula to determine the outcome of battles. I don't have all the answers. I guess we just call the person out on the over-resourcing, then the world decends upon the noob? I just don't have all of the answers.

We need to decide rates of production and how to regulate them.

Sorry for being away for more than a week.  Life grabbed me by the ass and threw me around like a dodgeball.

Also, the only reason why my population usually grows by so much at times is because I have massive territorial claims.

As for the partial conquest of Slainte, I would like to put forward a mandate system for a period of time, generally until Slainte's independent government is at its full capacity.

Can I grab your ass?
Not unless you want a mouth full of teeth.

Aww :c

THIS MEANS WAR!

Too late! I launched missiles!

Oh yah, weel I laNch 50 flying humpback whales that hAve 3 billion naked skydivers with fully automatic rocketlaunchers that fire 3 tons of doge stuff per shot.

BAHAHAHAHAHA

Ahem, now then.

Can we get back on subject please?

Subject was controling production rates of resources.

I've been thinking on it for a while now, and unless someone's come up with some kind of computer program that Naosa can operate that will give solid, complete, loophole-less rates of production, and ways to increase/decrease them based on rp events, I'm stuck for an option.

Are we all in agreement about the guidelines I suggested before, and the battle equation (WIP)? If so, I think we should implement them asap.
