To prove that you are a good debater you can join deraj's server and be tested, or you may prove it in a video.
death matching skills do not have to be too good as you will be trained on servers, but if they are you can get a quick promotion.

To get promoted from Raw Recruit to Private you must complete the dm test with out missing a shot, and further test will be added for ranks that are high.
