Some people are not used to the complicated softwarenotreallyno and the time taken to make the picture is not on their hands.

Good idea, since the process is actually very simple.
* Inspect the object to be pictured, find a color that does not occur in it. Opposites work best.
* Create a glowing wall of empty prints behind the object that should be pictured.
* Take a picture, making sure that the object does not extend beyond the wall in perspective.
* Open the screenshot in Paint.NET or some other image editing program (nope, not Paint).
* Select the background wall with Magic Wand (or whatever that tool is named in the program).
* Press delete, optionally crop some of the empty area away, and done.
