I got a problem with a dedicated server!!

Everytime I try to launch a dedicated server, It keeps on crashing and I don't know why. Is it something up with my mods or something else?

Is it only when it's a dedicated server, can you host in normally?

I have nothing wrong when hosting a non dedicated its just at times I like to put up a dedicated server so I don't always have to close down then restart a server.
