Those are not "Firework" balloons the are Chinese flying candles, the heat from the candles cause them to fly up.

PEEKARICA NEWS - For the first time since the news last month, comet Hoff is rising above the city of Peek City. The white dot, the eleven mile wide comet, will impact on 14 August 2011 next year.
