I've rebooted my pc, I tried other ports.. I disabled UPnP.. what could be the problem then?

Try "WebCom_PostServer();"
You should also make a section where someone creating a country can choose to have up to 2 natural resources.

I did that command, it has no effect..

Try forwarding manually in the router config page (usually http://routerlogin.net/, http://192.168.0.1/ or http://192.168.1.1/).
