Milkshape 3D Animation mode

Hai dere!
I need some help. Whenever I get into animation mode and move a joint that's assigned to an object of my model, this happens:
Also, Pi tried helping me out, It fixed itself for a while, then it came back.
Can someone help?

I just noticed it has something to do with Flatshading..
I just can't fix it :C
