Alrighty;

Thanks to Skip (thank yew) I now know I can host dedicated servers.
BUT
At the moment it's really laggy as my connection isn't great in my bedroom (computer location; bedroom). This will soon be fixed though because hopefully by the end of this week I'm getting a network adapter thing that allows me to have a wired connection, then I will be able to host a dedicated server that actually works without lagging. :D
