Some guy named Mikemikew2 goes to IRC with his other friend Mikey555 and start spamming the /me wordshereandstuff command. They decided to keep doing it over and over again while I try to talk to this guy about his Ping. I didn't help much but to tell him to turn the UPnP on and to Port Forward but that is beside the point.

If I were you, I would have just PMed the dude that needed help with his ping and ignored them. They would've gotten bored eventually.

I did eventually. They were not typically trying to annoy me more just being handicapped on RTB.
