Is this banable?

I have modded the RC snapper to not blow up when a player touches it. (MADE FOR SOME ONE)
but if I give it to him would that count as stealing it from its original creator? (I'll give credit)

I don't think it's bannable, but it's frowned upon.

If you give it out to the public without bushi's permission, he wouldn't like it.
