Also you can abuse this system badly, so it's pretty much a bad idea in the first place.

If you have it installed, all of the permabans on your server get sent to a database. If three or more servers have the same person permabanned, he then gets permabanned from every server that he joins that also has that addon.

But then if they get banned by trolls, handicaps, noobs, and just plain bullies, then, they would be screwed. It's dumb to ban someone from more than the server they offended.
