Shotgun/Parachute not working

Ghoul:

I know these addons are a bit old, but i have a problem with the shotgun and parachute. They appear in the game, however they are both completely white and the shotgun shoots nothing at all. I have downloaded them both twice, but they still don't work. Can anyone help?

That image is very tiny, and even zooming in doesn't make the text legible. It is actually this big:

Do you still have the image source?

You may have installed them improperly, WinRAR does that to me on occasion, leave it open until it finishes unpacking and extracting.

EDIT: NVM. I guess it is still small.
