The pull is stuff,
If a small object have a lot of detail is compared to a big object with small amount of detail, the small object is considered high poly.
But in your case, you make big objects with stuff ton of detail and a lot of unneeded bevels. That IS high poly.
Thus high poly depends on the object's shape and size.
