No, the difference is it's origin. Metal is a derivative of Rock N' Roll and Blues rock. Core is punk influenced by metal. I am a real metalhead, and I thought metal was about... music? >.> |

It is just music, so why feel the need to scrutinize anyone for listening to sub genres that simply don't match your taste? After all, it's just music. |
